What to do if I forget my password?
All you need to do is click on “Forgot your password?” on the home page and enter in the field provided for this purpose the email address used when registering for Virvoltan. We will send you a link to this address with your new password.
How to change my password?
You can change your password whenever you want. To do this, simply click on “My Account” and then “Password”.
Enter your current password then the new password you want and finally confirm it in the last field. You just have to click on save on the bottom right to validate this change.
How to change my email address?
If you want to change your email address, it’s very simple: just go to “My account” and then “Contact” and replace the old email address with the new one. Then you just have to save lower right.
How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Just click on the unsubscribe link in each newsletter sent by Virvoltan.
Is my personal data safe on your site?
We place a high interest on your personal data. They are protected and will not be given to a third party for commercial prospection without your prior consent.

How can I order?
Just select the item by clicking on it and add it to your cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button provided for this purpose. After checking your order (article and quantity), all you have to do is click on the “Order” button and follow the instructions by completing the mandatory boxes (signified by red asterisks).
What should you pay attention to when ordering?
Before confirming payment, do not forget to check that the order corresponds to the chosen product. Also remember to check the quantity.
How can I check the status of my order?
Simply go to “My Orders” located in “My Account”.
What are the payment methods accepted by Virvoltan?
Virvoltan accepts payment by Visa and MasterCard. You can select your method of payment when ordering.
Are the payments secure?
Your credit card information is automatically encrypted and securely transmitted to your bank for verification and authorization. For security reasons, Virvoltan does not keep your bank details, that is why they will be asked for each new order.
When will I be charged for my purchases?
By paying by credit card, the payment is recorded upon entering your credit card number, your account is automatically debited between 1 and 4 days after the authorization given by your bank. In the event of deferred debit then the amount will be deducted according to the modalities envisaged with your bank.
In which countries do you ship?
We deliver to the following countries: Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey, United States, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, Viet Nam, Russia, Israel.
For any other destination, it will be appropriate for the Visitor to send an email to VIRVOLTAN who will study the request.
How is the delivery of my purchases?
Virvoltan will choose, depending on the size and volume of the package or packages, one of our service providers to ensure the delivery of your purchases in the best conditions. Delivery is provided by Colissimo for standard parcels and by a specialized carrier for large parcels.
The carrier, as well as Virvoltan can not be held responsible for an impossibility of delivery due to inaccuracy in the address that you indicated during your purchases.
If you are absent from your home upon delivery, a notice will be placed in your mailbox, on which will be indicated the phone number of the carrier that you must contact to arrange a second delivery yourself , according to your availability.
If you are absent for the second delivery attempt, you will have to pay a new shipping fee to be delivered at a third appointment. You will need to contact the carrier to arrange the third delivery, according to your availability.
Your package will be kept 7 days by our carrier. After this period, if you have not claimed your package, it will be returned to Virvoltan and you will have to pay new shipping costs to be delivered. Your order can not be canceled.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times are 5 open days.
What should I do if my order is not delivered?
You can report it to our Customer Service through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of the site. We will check your order and you will receive a response on the status of your order as soon as possible.
How to track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped by Virvoltan’s teams, we will confirm it by email and give you the tracking number.
What is the deadline to return an item?
You benefit from a period of fourteen working days from receipt of the Products to exercise your right of withdrawal.
What is the procedure for returning an item?
You have 14 days after receipt of the products to indicate us your intention to return (them) by specifying number of order and reason for the return to the following address: email@example.com. Our customer service will then tell you the return address and you will have 10 days to return your order. Beyond the deadline of these 10 days, the request for return will be considered null and void.
Returned items must be packaged in their original packaging and must not have been used or deteriorated, even if minimal. We will not be able to process your return if the packaging or product is damaged.
You will receive an email informing you of the good reception of your parcel as well as the treatment of this last one.
The cost of return will be your responsibility except in case of defective delivery from us.
How to know if the product is eligible for a return?
All products are eligible for a return unless specified on the product sheet.
What are the deadlines and the refund procedure?
After receipt and validation of the return, we will refund the amount of your order within 30 days maximum. The amount is transferred to the account that was used during the payment.
How to cancel an order ?
It is unfortunately not possible, for technical reasons, to cancel an order. The only recourse is to follow the return procedure once the order has been received (see “Return”).
